Project Management Specialist

About the Role:
The Project Management Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe delivery of change in Finance operational areas. This involves working in partnership with Finance Change SMEs and the Testing/PMO function to ensure that best practice controls are operated throughout the change delivery cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successful Finance Operations project/programme delivery in line with defined success criteria and set goals to ambitious timelines, while maintaining strong risk management controls.
- Tight budget consciousness with clearly defined and maintained cost and resource profile.
- Problem solving through having the right attributes, seeking continuous improvement, optimisation, and automation in the Finance Operations function.
- Create simple, practical solutions through great communication and translation of requirements and creative thinking.
- Senior stakeholder reporting at regular cadences to support decision making.
What You'll Get:
- Salary Up to £45,000 (location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity of 8% of annual salary (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's).
