About the Role: As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet the requirements of individual contracts.
  • Managing site personnel and work activities to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Welfare requirements.
  • Monitoring and controlling budgets to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Providing guidance and support to site personnel to ensure they are aware of their Health, Safety, and Welfare requirements.

About Our Client: Our client is a reputable and established Main Contractor with a strong presence in the Lancashire region. They specialize in Education and Healthcare projects, as well as commercial and leisure projects.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a stable and progressive career background, with a strong background in Public Sector/Commercial/Healthcare refurbishment works. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

What We Offer: Our client offers a competitive salary, ranging from £60-65k, plus a car allowance and package, depending on your experience.
