Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team. As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our compliance processes are efficient and effective, and that our service users receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the compliance process for care workers, ensuring that all compliance tracking and administration is processed in accordance with our procedures.
  • Ensure that the right candidates are able to commence employment with the business as quickly as possible without compromising the safety and security of our service users.
  • Develop and maintain reports and trackers to monitor compliance performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements.
