Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Registered Nurse with significant experience in a Gastroenterology environment.
- Postgraduate module in specialty and mentorship course/teaching qualification.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
