The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Carpentry Foreman to join our dynamic team. This permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a wide range of carpentry repairs in residential, commercial, and public buildings, including door fitting, first and second fixing carpentry, kitchen installations, tiling, plumbing, and decorative works.
  • Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and quality control throughout all projects.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to a team of skilled tradespeople.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Carpentry Foreman with a minimum of 5 years in the trade.
  • Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Experience in managing maintenance and repair projects.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant IT systems.
