About the Role- Lead a team of HR Assistants in providing HR operational support
- Manage HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational change and development
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in education or public sector
- Strong knowledge of HR operational processes and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A 36-hour working week with a 2.30pm finish on Fridays
- A competitive salary of £45,118 per annum (pro rata)
- A fixed-term contract for 6 months
