Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Lead to join our team at Wayman Group. As a Curriculum Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of our students.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, with a proven track record of success in teaching and leading. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a curriculum that is engaging, challenging, and relevant to our students' needs
  • Leading a team of teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the curriculum
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive education

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • QTS and a strong academic record
  • Experience of teaching and leading in a primary school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of success in teaching and leading
