Job Summary: CPM United Kingdom Ltd is seeking a skilled Mystery Shopper to join our team as a Retail Compliance Specialist. As a Retail Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for observing and reporting on the effectiveness of safeguards used by retailers to prevent unhealthy levels of play.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mystery shopping visits to observe and record retailer interactions with customers.
- Engage with retailers to assess their awareness of support options for customers who may be purchasing excessive amounts of products.
- Provide detailed reports on retailer compliance with established guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to plan and execute mystery shopping visits.
- Utilize a smart device to enter results via the App in-store and maintain accurate records.
- Travel to various locations within a designated postcode area using your own vehicle.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 20 visits per day, with flexibility to work between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with retailers and customers.
- Highly organized and able to plan daily tasks efficiently.
- Access to a smart device and a reliable vehicle for travel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
