Cosine is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Investigator to join our team. As a Customer Experience Investigator, you will play a crucial role in observing and evaluating the effectiveness of safeguards that retailers use to prevent unhealthy levels of play.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with retailers in a friendly and approachable manner to gather information about their support for customers who may be struggling with excessive product purchases.
• Conduct regular visits to retailers within a designated territory, covering Peterborough and surrounding areas.
• Utilize a smart device to enter results via the App in-store, demonstrating comfort with technology.
• Travel to various locations within a postcode area using your own vehicle.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 20 visits per day, worked between 8am - 7pm Monday to Friday.
• Reliable and committed, with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with contacts of all levels within the retail sector.
• Highly organized, with the ability to plan your day and journeys efficiently.
