Cosine is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Investigator to join our team. As a Customer Experience Investigator, you will play a crucial role in observing and evaluating the effectiveness of safeguards that retailers use to prevent unhealthy levels of play.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mystery shopping visits to observe and evaluate the effectiveness of safeguards in place
• Engage with retailers to gather information and assess their knowledge of support options for customers
• Provide detailed reports of your findings, highlighting areas of improvement and best practices
• Work collaboratively with our team to identify trends and areas for development

Requirements:

• Approachable and friendly attitude to engage with retailers
• Reliable and committed to meeting visit targets
• Excellent communication skills and ability to speak with contacts of all levels within the retail sector
• Highly organized and able to plan your day and journeys efficiently
• Access to a smart device to enter results via the App in store
• Use of your own vehicle and ability to travel to various locations within a postcode area
