About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our Cumbria Community Mental Health Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality mental health care to patients in the community
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Mental Health Nursing degree
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Minimum 12 months experience as a CPN within the past 3 years
- Right to work in the UK (No Sponsorship Provided)
