We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring it is well-maintained and safe for residents
- Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, including contractors and maintenance teams
- Organise activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
- Manage the administration of the development, including scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and maintaining accurate records
- Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with a range of residents and stakeholders
- Strong administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently, using your own initiative and judgment
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
