About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Group SHE Assurance Manager to join our team at Green Barks Search. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational activities of our clients comply with statutory provisions and recognized best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement industry-leading internal audit processes to guarantee compliance with SHE regulatory requirements.
- Provide critical assurance to the Main Board around operational excellence and the upholding of exemplary SHE standards.
- Collaborate with business units to create improvement plans and support operational areas to address any weaknesses.
- Work closely with the Group Head of SHE to inform the periodic review of SHE risks across the Group, addressing compliance deficiencies, changes, and developments.
- Produce and deliver high-quality reports for the board, giving accurate and balanced accounts to all stakeholders and building confidence in the wider compliance of the organization.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH certificate and active role within the SHE Managers Forum.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel across the UK regularly, with potential for international travel.
