About the Role

The Advertising Operations Coordinator will play a key role in maximizing and facilitating all advertising sales opportunities by providing administrative and production support to the advertising sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input all UK & US advertising sale orders into our sales management system.
  • Produce invoices and manage debt collection between credit control and sales teams.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the advertising sales team with customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and communicate month-end digital campaign reports to customers.
  • Ensure seamless system operations, including our sales management system.
  • Support the Advertising Operations Manager as required.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of advertising operations projects.

About You

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer account management, invoicing, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
