Job Title: Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team at Source4 Personnel Solutions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring they are safe and well-maintained for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily visual inspections of the buildings to identify any issues that need to be addressed
  • Sweep and clean the car park area and grounds daily
  • Manage the parcel locker system and bin store
  • Deal with general maintenance and decorative issues within the communal areas and flats
  • Complete minor repairs to appliances and plumbing
  • Assist with cleaning tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good general maintenance background and ability to deal with basic repairs
  • Ability to decorate and direct on-site cleaners
  • Excellent customer-facing skills
  • Flexible approach to working hours and willing to assist in other buildings as needed
