Marketing and Sales Manager

About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Marketing and Sales Manager to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of the business, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Outreach & Lead Generation: Develop and execute sales outreach initiatives, attend events, and execute follow-ups to qualify leads and nurture prospects.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel media marketing campaigns, working with third-party vendors to achieve paid and organic results.
  • Content Production: Oversee the design and production of planned content, including whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts, and proactively suggest new sales content.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity, create CRM automations, and prioritize prospects within the system.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics, optimize sales campaign performance, and report results to senior management.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a hybrid sales and marketing role, with a commercial focus. Your ability to understand business, marketing, and brands is essential. You will be a strong communicator, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for detail.

What We Offer
