Job Title: UK IFM Operations Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled UK IFM Operations Director to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the UK IFM business and driving strategic growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the UK IFM business and develop strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in facilities management and operations.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
