Job Title: UK IFM Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UK IFM Operations Director to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our UK IFM business, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our operations are run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the UK IFM operations team to deliver high-quality services to our clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and develop a team of operations professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
