About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing Specialist to join our team at DFDS. As a key member of our Product Marketing Team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing a compelling product and contracting strategy for our tourism products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Product Strategy: Create and execute a multi-channel strategy to promote our tourism products, ensuring alignment with commercial opportunities and route strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to define and execute a multi-channel strategy, ensuring effective promotion of our product range.
  • Monitor and Interpret Performance Data: Analyze and interpret product marketing sales channel performance to hit volume and revenue targets.
  • Launch and Kick Off New Products: Confidently launch and kick off new tourism products, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and excited about our unique experiences.
  • Manage Tourism Partnerships: Manage, implement, and support tourism partner arrangements, including contracts for route land arrangement products, onboard and group requirements.
  • Negotiate and Maintain Contracts: Negotiate and maintain contracts for route land arrangement products, including selected onboard and group requirements.
  • Deliver Tourism Partner Arrangements: Deliver tourism partner arrangements within a structured time frame, based on an informed roadmap alongside the Senior Product Manager.
  • Manage Licenses and Regulatory Affairs: Work with the Head of Product to manage licenses and regulatory affairs, including insurances, package travel bonds, etc.
About You

We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry. You should have strong people management skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a knack for project management. Your expertise should include in-depth knowledge of Seabook and a flair for creating compelling digital content, whether it's blog posts, sales copy, podcasts, or graphics.

You will be joining a vibrant, social team that spans various locations, so being a self-starter who thrives on collaboration is essential. If you love travel and are comfortable hitting the road, this could be the perfect role for you.
