About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sub-Agent to join our earthworks, drainage, and highways team at the Calvert project in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the technical compliance of the project, aligning with the design specification, and ensuring the project or section is completed safely, on schedule, and to the necessary standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and project-specific standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Accurately record all labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources, ensuring efficient project management.
  • Create a comprehensive program to plan and measure day-to-day activities, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • CSCS card, demonstrating your commitment to site safety.
  • Knowledge and experience of main management systems and processes used within a similar business, ensuring you can hit the ground running.
