Key Responsibilities

A primary focus will be to cultivate and sustain robust relationships with all pertinent external regulatory bodies while offering expert guidance and support in all care-related regulatory issues.

This role is integral to a national team with the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the implementation and management of quality assurance, inspection, and audit practices to ensure the ongoing quality and safety of CareTech children's services.
  • Sharing best practices that will enhance the reputation of CareTech as a premier provider of care and support services.
  • Monitoring processes and procedures to guarantee the safety and welfare of all children served by the organization, responding promptly and appropriately to any concerns that may arise.
