We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Nurse Specialist to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in the operating theatre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in all aspects of the ophthalmic surgical pathway, providing skilled clinical and technical assistance.
- Provide peri-operative and post-operative care in the surgical and refractive suite of the hospital.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Registered RGN or Operating Department Practitioner with current NMC/HCPC registration.
- Minimum of one year post-qualified theatre experience.
- Strong desire to provide person-centred care.
- Ophthalmic experience is desirable but not essential.
