Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our team at RedTech Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining applications using React.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient software solutions using React
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading software development teams and mentoring junior developers
  • Strong commercial experience using React in a front-end/full-stack role
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of C# or Golang is beneficial
  • Experience with micro frontend architectures or cloud infrastructures is a plus
