About the Role
We are currently seeking a BANK Family Court Adviser to join our Public Law team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting children and families during significant legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with children and families to assess their needs, preferences, and emotions.
- Provide comprehensive reports to the court, articulating the child's voice and perspective.
- Collaborate with local authorities to ensure the safety and welfare of children involved in legal cases.
- Work independently while being part of a supportive team environment.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a registered social worker with a minimum of three years of experience working with children and families. You should possess strong organizational skills, resilience, and the ability to work autonomously.
