About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Court Adviser to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Family Court Adviser, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and support to children, families, and courts in relation to family law cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, expert advice and support to children, families, and courts in relation to family law cases.
- Assess and analyze court applications to determine the best course of action for the child or family.
- Develop and implement plans to support the child or family, including providing guidance on safeguarding and child protection.
- Work closely with other professionals, including social workers, lawyers, and judges, to ensure the best possible outcomes for the child or family.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all work, including case notes and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years' post-qualifying experience in social work with children and families at risk.
- Proven experience of working in a family court setting, including providing expert advice and support to children, families, and courts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of professionals, including social workers, lawyers, and judges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
