Job Title: German Speaking Credit Controller at Resideo

Resideo is looking for a German-speaking Credit Controller to become a vital part of our team. This full-time role operates in a hybrid model, requiring three days on-site each week. You will be instrumental in overseeing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring prompt collections, and working closely with both internal and external partners to address payment challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet monthly collection objectives
  • Oversee and manage Accounts Receivables in accordance with debt recovery protocols
  • Engage with Customers regarding overdue payments, credit limits, and payment conditions
  • Identify and manage accounts with high risk
  • Evaluate and authorize credit terms as per company policy
  • Promptly escalate collection challenges
  • Assist in resolving unallocated cash transactions
  • Maintain Customer Accounts and supply Accounts Receivable data to the organization
  • Foster and sustain relationships with Customers and internal departments
  • Address disputes and issues through collaborative efforts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in the German language
  • Fundamental customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Results-driven attitude
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Familiarity with multinational work environments
  • Robust technical and analytical abilities
