About the Role:
Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an independent, multidisciplinary consultancy in their hire of an ambitious Town Planner to their dynamic team.
The Company:
My client is a multi-sector Town Planning and Architectural Design Practice, specialising in securing planning consents for clients across the UK, including homeowners, corporate organisations, housing associations, and local businesses.
The Role:
Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to add an experienced Planner to the team. The successful candidate will be working as part of the wider team on a range of planning services and duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of projects, collaborating with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure successful planning outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of planning strategies and proposals.
- Provide expert advice on planning matters to clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of planning applications and appeals.
Requirements:
- RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience, either public or private sector, in a Planning role.
- Excellent written work and communication skills.
- MRTPI Chartership, or working towards the APC.
