About the Role- Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support, promoting their dignity and well-being.
- Work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents receive consistent and high-quality care.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
- A competitive salary of £14.37 per hour, plus paid breaks.
- A 42-hour working week, with 3 on/3 off constant shift patterns.
