Night Care Manager Role Overview

Ideal Carehomes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Care Manager to lead our care team in providing exceptional care to our residents. As a Night Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained during night shifts, overseeing the care team, and making decisions to ensure the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care team during night shifts to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Oversee the care team's performance and make decisions to ensure the well-being of our residents.
  • Work closely with the day team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential for this role.
  • At least 12 months experience of being a Deputy Manager / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting is essential.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
