Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Associates in achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, coaching, and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide personalized customer service
  • Develop and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
