Retail Store Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute in-store events that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
