The Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bar Manager to join our fantastic venue in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising daily bar operations, managing service standards, and ensuring consistently excellent customer service is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Manage service standards and implement quality control measures
  • Train, recruit, and develop staff to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and order stock to maintain optimal inventory levels
