Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Hexagon Group. As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a mixed portfolio of commercial properties across Central London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular site inspections to ensure the properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
  • Assist with the management of service charge budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Act as a key point of contact for tenants and clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Oversee all health and safety matters related to the properties, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in the property management sector, with a focus on commercial properties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and clients.
  • Experience managing a similar mixed-use, multi-site portfolio.
  • Familiarity with setting service charge budgets and managing budgets.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as an IOSH, NEBOSH, or IWFM Certificate.
