We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join our clients team in Penwortham, Preston. This role is perfect for someone with experience in accounting who is looking for a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling invoices (sales and purchases)
  • Organising and processing timesheets
  • Managing company expenses
  • General administrative duties to support the finance team

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ideally AAT Level 3 qualified (but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
