Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to students, assisting them with their academic endeavors and ensuring comprehension of the subject matter.
- Engage in continuous professional growth to remain updated on the latest methodologies, practices, and legal standards concerning special education.
- Collaborate with educators and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator to execute tailored educational plans and support mechanisms.
- Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback to educators and families.

Qualifications:
- A strong commitment to working with children and a genuine desire to positively impact their educational journey.
- Experience with individuals on the autism spectrum is advantageous.
- Attributes such as patience, empathy, and a sincere dedication to addressing the educational and emotional needs of children with autism are essential.

Important Information:
This position necessitates a comprehensive understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols. Successful candidates must fulfill all background safety recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or a willingness to apply for a new one.
