About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Care First 24. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs in the Bournemouth area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored care and support to clients with tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, seizure management, manual handling, oral suction, chest physio, and medication administration.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience working as a Paediatric Complex Care Assistant in a health or social care setting.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Driving license preferred.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
