Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality experience for our guests.
- Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled, and relevant tasks and objectives are being carried out by the team.
- Support and coach the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver a great experience.
- Drive key targets such as add-on sales or promotions, and ensure the team is aware of and working towards these goals.
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements, ensuring the smooth operation of the venue.
We are looking for an experienced leader from within an F&B or Retail environment who can support the team to deliver fantastic service. You should have previous experience in leading within a busy restaurant, bar, or retail environment where a balance of speed and quality is important.
