Account Sales Professional

Salary: £24,000, OTE £35,000 (open-ended) + Car allowance £350-£400 p/m
A leading automotive manufacturing business based in the West Midlands is seeking a highly skilled professional to drive sales and marketing efforts. With a strong client base and a proven track record in developing new products across various sectors, the company aims to further diversify into new markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and targeting new sectors for growth, contributing to the definition of long-term organisational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining a deep understanding of current and developing market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum HND/A level Engineering discipline. GCSE English & mathematics grade C or above.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media, and internet presence.
- Highly confident, competitive, and determined individual with excellent organisational and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive sales and develop strong client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and soft selling skills.
- Full clean UK driving licence and own transport.
