Audi Workshop Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for vehicle maintenance and team leadership? We're seeking an experienced Audi Workshop Controller to join our team at Holtrecruitmentgroup.
Job Summary:We're looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to oversee the efficient operation of our Audi workshop. As a Workshop Controller, you'll be responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring timely and effective maintenance and repairs, and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of mobile and workshop technicians to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate and schedule work to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity in the workshop and for mobile technicians.
- Oversee the quality of work completed by technicians, ensuring all repairs and maintenance meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between technicians and the Depot Manager, ensuring clear and consistent communication of workshop activities and priorities.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to within the workshop and in the field, promoting a culture of safety among the team.
- Track and report on workshop performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Manage workshop resources, including tools, equipment, and parts inventory, to ensure the team is fully equipped to perform their duties.
- Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role within a fleet management environment, particularly with vans and HGVs.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve high performance.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations related to vehicle maintenance and workshop environments.
- A competitive salary of 45,000 per annum.
