Our client, a leading car dealership, is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee the daily operations of their busy dealership. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the issuing of work to technicians, ensuring timely completion and adherence to customer commitments.
  2. Develop and implement workshop processes that meet retail, internal, and warranty guidelines.
  3. Provide regular updates on work progress, highlighting potential concerns and taking proactive measures to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Service Manager in a main dealership.
  2. Strong understanding of workshop processes and ability to motivate a team.
  3. Full driving license.
Package:
  • OTE up to £32,000.
  • Company Pension Scheme.
