Job Description

We're seeking a key strategic Director level role in our UK Infrastructure business to lead the growth of our relationships within the Yorkshire and Northeast region. This will involve cost and commercial leadership of major programmes in the region.

The ideal candidate will have experience of leading delivery of commissions working at strategic levels with our clients. This role is focused on the north of England but may require UK-wide travel on occasions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven Cost / Commercial Management experience
  • Preferably MRICS
  • NEC3/4 contracts (in particular Option C – Target Cost)
  • Pre contract including procurement and commercial strategy setting
  • Post contract administration
  • Estimating (desirable)
  • Experience of working on Major Programmes and Projects
  • Experience of working in the Infrastructure (Rail, aviation, utilities, power, highways)
  • Experience in leading and managing teams
  • Ability to lead development and delivery of client pursuit plans
  • Ability to develop and grow client relationships across all levels of an organisation
  • Previous experience managing commissions and bidding
