**Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Director to lead our client's operations team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  2. Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with other departments.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

**Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a production or operations management role, preferably in a FMCG environment.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
