Harrison Scott Associates is seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our client services department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and providing strategic guidance to clients.
Main Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Work closely with the Client Services Director and production team to ensure seamless project delivery and growth of accounts in line with business objectives.
- Manage briefs from initial point of contact through to project completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, building and sustaining long-term business relationships.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, resolving day-to-day operational issues and providing exceptional customer service.
- Participate in client meetings and provide strategic guidance to clients.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure a quality service to clients.
- Proven track record in building and developing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Knowledge of managing and developing portfolios of existing clients.
- Experience in a client-facing role is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
- Self-motivated.
- Adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
