Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Designer to join our client, a leading global law firm, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of the internal digital learning team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging digital and blended learning solutions.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of authoring digital and blended learning experiences, utilizing a range of digital learning mediums, such as interactive webinars, video/animation production, or interactive PDFs. Strong project management skills, with a background in working with stakeholders, attending creative meetings, and storyboarding learner journeys, are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative digital and blended learning solutions using a range of authoring tools and design software.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including partners and heads of business teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in authoring digital and blended learning experiences.
- Experience in utilizing a range of digital learning mediums.
- Strong project management skills, with a background in working with stakeholders.
