Job Title: Digital Instructional Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Instructional Designer to join our team at D Kent Consulting Group Llc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply adult learning principles to design and develop trainings in various modalities, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
  • Utilize knowledge of quality and accessibility standards to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
  • Develop design documents that specify learning objectives, strategies, and materials.
  • Execute copywriting, scripting, and storyboarding for online and hybrid courses.
  • Review and implement new technologies and trends in digital learning.
  • Conduct content quality reviews and usability testing.
  • Facilitate content design and development of workshops.
  • Review data and produce reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure learning design meets business needs.
  • Support evaluation strategies and tools to measure program effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
  • Several years of experience in digital learning design, preferably with a focus on adult learning principles.
  • Experience in developing digital learning content for global deployment in multiple languages.
  • Proficient in using authoring tools, graphics packages, video, and sound editing tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
