Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Relief Pharmacist to join our dynamic outpatient pharmacy team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and protocols.
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, ensuring they understand their prescriptions and potential side effects.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and medication management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Experience acting as a Responsible Pharmacist in a dispensary setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
