About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Relief Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer and patient care, delivering expert advice and reassurance to our customers and patients across a range of pharmacies.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Delivering Pharmacy Strategy: Provide expert care and advice to customers and patients, ensuring the delivery of our pharmacy strategy.
  2. Accountability and Ethics: Be accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  3. Building Pharmacy Capability: Develop and enhance the pharmacy capability of store teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer and patient care.
  4. Continual Review and Improvement: Conduct regular reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Professional Pharmacy Services: Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services, including dispensing medication, providing health advice, and promoting healthy lifestyles.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Relief Pharmacist who is passionate about community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers. You will have a professional, caring character, and a true desire to help us change for the better.

  1. Registration and Qualifications: Be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
  2. Professional Expertise: Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals.
  3. Passion for Community Pharmacy: Have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers.
  4. Collaboration and Teamwork: Be collaborative with a team-centered approach, working effectively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
  5. Knowledge and Skills: Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services, as well as excellent communication skills.
