About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for qualifying prospects, managing pipelines, generating revenue, and acquiring customers. You will also be expected to onboard net-new opportunities and follow up with marketing inbound inquiries.

Requirements
  • Strong sales and account management experience, preferably in the Janitorial or Facilities Management industry
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently
  • Competent in using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous field sales experience
  • Excellent face-to-face selling and business-to-business selling skills
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and planning skills
  • A full UK driving license is essential
