About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for qualifying prospects, managing pipelines, generating revenue, and acquiring customers. You will also be expected to onboard net-new opportunities and follow up with marketing inbound inquiries.

- Comfortable running ROI analyses
- Accurate forecasting
- Face-to-face and telephone new business development
- Ensuring outstanding levels of customer service
- Planned and speculative customer visits
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts
- Researching new business leads
- Identifying new product opportunities
- Strong sales and account management experience, preferably in the Janitorial or Facilities Management industry
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- Competent in using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous field sales experience
- Excellent face-to-face selling and business-to-business selling skills
- Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and planning skills
- A full UK driving license is essential
