**Job Summary**

Resolve Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join their growing sales team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and developing existing relationships with clients in the textile management industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and developing a strong understanding of the client's needs.
  • Active participation in meetings, trainings, and following training plans to ensure you are up-to-date on the latest industry trends and company policies.
  • Essential qualifications include 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing sales position, with a background in sales or a related field.
  • Full clean UK driving license is required, as you will be traveling to meet with clients in the field.
  • You will have a strong track record of meeting sales targets and be self-motivated, driven by new challenges and opportunities.
  • Fully IT literate and well-presented, professional, and articulate, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to meet with clients in the field, with a strong understanding of the importance of building relationships and providing excellent customer service.

**What We Offer**

  • High fully uncapped commission structure, with an OTE of £35,000 in the first year.
  • Guaranteed bonus for the first three months, £800 per month.
  • Fully expensed company car and fuel card, laptop, and mobile phone.
