We are in search of a motivated and committed Advanced Teaching Support Assistant (ATSA) to become a vital member of our dedicated team.

In this essential role, you will contribute significantly to the delivery of high-quality education across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Your collaboration with educators will enhance the learning experiences of our students, ensuring that each child receives the necessary attention and support to flourish.

By assisting both individual learners and small groups, you will have a meaningful impact on their educational journey, guiding them to reach their full potential.


Qualifications:
Previous experience in a comparable role within a primary educational setting.

  • A strong enthusiasm for education and a dedication to the institution's inclusive values and principles.

Facilitating Learning:

Collaborate with educators in designing and implementing engaging lessons, providing support to individual learners and small groups to enhance their comprehension and progress.


  • Develop and manage intervention programs for students needing additional assistance, ensuring their unique requirements are addressed.

Evaluation:

Aid in the evaluation and monitoring of student progress, offering valuable insights to educators and contributing to the planning of subsequent lessons.
